Pure Implant Health is a specialist visiting dental implant service. Carl Horton is a GDC-registered implant surgeon providing treatment at partner dental practices across Birmingham, Tamworth, the Midlands and Wales.

As a dental service, we are subject to the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and the professional obligations of the General Dental Council. Some of the personal data we collect relates to health — this is special category data under UK GDPR and is subject to additional protections.

2.2 AI chatbot interactions

This website includes an AI-powered chat assistant. If you use it, the content of your conversation is processed by Anthropic (the provider of the underlying AI model) in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not permanently store individual chat transcripts on our systems, though conversation content is sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses.

Please do not submit sensitive personal health details through the chatbot. For clinical enquiries, please use the contact form or call us directly.

Dental treatment involves health-related information, which is classified as special category data under UK GDPR. If you provide information about your dental or medical history — whether through the contact form or in any subsequent communication with us — we will only use it for the purpose of assessing your suitability for treatment and providing you with clinical care.

We process special category data on the basis of explicit consent and, once you become a patient, provision of health or social care (Article 9(2)(h) UK GDPR).
